Taproom Assistant / Beertender

This position is a part time taproom gig, 16-24 hours per week at our brewery located in the heart of downtown Davis.
Your responsibilities would include:
Opening/closing the taproom Welcoming guests with an inviting & positive attitude Pouring/serving beers in a cheerful and professional manner (we do not serve food) If you are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and cover letter.

Additional duties & responsibilities include:
Creating a positive customer service experience through connection Receiving customer payments, completing guest tab transactions using Toast POS Check identification of customers to verify age for purchase of alcohol and serve per ABC requirements.
Complete all opening/closing tasks to ensure the taproom is clean and operating efficiently at all times.
Learn characteristics of our beers and be able to provide that level of beer knowledge to guests to facilitate beer selection and enjoyment.
Work well with other team members in an environment that encourages success Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older.
Flexible availability- including open availability specifically on Mondays, Wednesdays, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to multitask in a noisy, fast-paced, and distraction-filled environment.
Ability to maintain customer-focus.
Work well under pressure.
The ability to lift items over 40 pounds.
