The main focus of this position is assisting the president of the company with his executive needs, particularly typing, and occasionally assisting others in the office on an as-needed basis.

Modern office setting Small office Varying tasks throughout the day We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to the company president and on occasion our other office staff.
We are a small office of six people.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational, written, and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, good familiarity with the Micosoft Office suite of products, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to typing emails and other communications, answering phones, filing documents, scheduling appointments, and providing general office support.
The position is part-time, Monday - Thursday, from 9 AM until 1 or 2 PM.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls.
Assist the president with administrative tasks such as typing emails, filing, and photocopying documents.
Daily tasks will include a significant amount of typing.
Manage office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Set up video calls on a regular basis for weekly meetings.
Provide general administrative support to other office staff on an as-needed basis.
