The primary objective for a Retail Sales Associate is to provide outstanding customer service and help clients with pool care.
You will be the first person our customers interact with and be the face and the representative of Davis Home Trends.
Job responsibilities include:
Exceptional customer service skills Greeting and engaging all customers Confident using a cash register and processing credit cards Give advice and test water in the pool department Help clients with selection and ideas in the gift department Maintaining the store - Re-stocking, cleaning, pricing, inventory Team player (multiple departments = all hands on deck) Merchandising & design displays Product knowledge - Must be able to educate/familiarize yourself with products in each department to help the customer and answer questions Flexible schedule Monday - Saturday 9:

00m Skills, Qualifications, & Job Duties Professional demeanor when working with customers Experience in a retail setting Friendly, people-person with helpful attitude EXCELLENT customer service skills Good verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Ability to work independently Timely and efficient Experience with merchandising is a plus! Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Must be able to pass a drug test Clean CDL - Daily driving of company vehicles required About Davis Home Trends Davis Home Trends began in 1968 in downtown Davis.
Today's store is east of downtown and boasts a 5,000 ft.

Our store is unique in that we have a variety of departments.
Along with furniture, bedding, and window coverings, we also have a beautiful gift department and an expert pool department.
