As a Property Management Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our team's success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Accurate and timely entry of bills and financial records into our system Preparation of leases and other related documents Effective communication with tenants and property owners Proactive resolution of problems and conflicts with a positive attitude Collaborating and contributing as a valuable team player
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Prior experience in property management, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry Proficiency with Appfolio or similar property management software Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving abilities with a positive and proactive approach Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9:

Starting pay:
