This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical skills in a high-energy, innovative environment where your work will have a direct impact on our operations.
You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and complex problem resolution on escalated issues while ensuring the customer satisfaction levels are at their peak.
Responsibilities:
You will be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries, providing support and guidance to our clients and internal teams.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues, including SQL servers, Microsoft Windows, and PowerShell scripts.
Develop, implement, and maintain SQL databases, ensuring their performance, availability, and security.
Use your knowledge of Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) to manage and maintain our network security systems.
Utilize PowerShell to automate routine tasks, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, systems, and troubleshooting guides.
Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a tech or software company.
Proven experience with SQL, SQL Server, PowerShell, Microsoft Windows, and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML).
Strong knowledge of system and network security protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
