The successful Production Technician applicant will work at our DAVIS CA facility as part of the production team producing cell viability and enzyme activity kits as well as immunoassay and immunohistochemistry products (Immunochemistry Technologies).
Job Description:
Antibodies Incorporated is currently seeking a Production Technician who will be actively engaged in both product manufacture and quality control for the Immunochemistry Technologies line of products.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with common laboratory tasks and techniques such as buffer formulation, spectrophotometry, pH determination etc.
Experience with mammalian cell culture, FACS, and enzyme assays is a plus for this position but not required.
The position requires someone who is detail-oriented, well organized, and excited to learn and master new processes.
Immunochemistry Technologies products are used worldwide by scientists to probe mechanisms of cell death, perform immunoassays, and to advance scientific understanding.

BS in life sciences with at least one year of bench experience in academic or industry setting Hands-on, independent lab experience with ability to work independently in a laboratory environment Enthusiasm for learning new processes and mastering them Comfortable with basic data analysis and ability to keep accurate records of work performed Positive attitude and desire to learn and help a growing company Preferred
Experience:
One year of hands on laboratory experience in life sciences Experience with mammalian cell culture and/or enzymes assay is a plus but not required.
Experience working in a GMP environment is a plus but not required
