Customer Relations Leader

Our client is one of the largest machine tool manufacturers with a mission to continually strive to be the world's largest and most respected international manufacturer of lathes, machining centers, multi-axis turning center and grinders.

The primary scope of this position is to partner with the Product Manager, Sales and Distributors to gain customer visits to company.
This role will actively gain calendared commitments of customers to visit, host and follow up with customers to grow sales of the Davis product.
The ideal candidate is driven, solution oriented, proactive and positive.
Additionally one's time is spent on tracking and reporting sales cycle data, areas of opportunity and actively building relationship across the company and customer base.
This position will write reports, attends team meetings, video conferences.
Minimum Requirements:
Solid understanding of Company product Experience with sales cycle, including building relationships, gaining commitment, strong follow up and closing Excellent skills in problem analyzing and solving Proven organization, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to travel internationally or domestically Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 years' experience with customer service Work Environment:
Spends time in office setting primarily.
With customers, spend time in the manufacturing environment (assembly, machining, and quality control facility) at Companies Manufacturing facility.
Exposed to possible hazards including and not limited to high noise, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery.
Physical Demands:
8 hour work schedule with overtime as needed.
May come into times where you are lifting, frequent standing, with repetitive bending, stooping and walking.
Job Helpful Hints:
Continue updating charts that are posted on Share Point accordingly.
Continue documenting conversations with salesforce and stay on the trail for leads.
Communication and persistence is key.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
