Experience in programming CNC Machining Centers from blueprints Programming CNC machines for first article production, re-cuts and fixture modifications Skilled ability to use CAM systems to create NC code for complex parts Ability to be able to edit, set up and run CNC Machining Centers safely and efficiently Experience in accurately setting up parts on fixtures to machine high precision parts Strong understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances related to high precision parts Performs test-cuts, re-cuts and fixture modifications Improve machining processes to reduce cycle time Tooling management:
Tooling selection & purchasing, inventory control, Tool/insert changes Monitors all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely and successfully complete the task Checks completed programs by running simulations or tests Determines sequence of operations in a program Writes programs and modifies existing ones for increased efficiency Analyzes and selects speeds and cutting tools for programs Simplifies tooling time for workers and increases productivity Reviews fixture designs and recommends improvements Machine preventative maintenance and repair Troubleshooting and maintenance of work handling robots Creates instructions and documentation for machinist operators Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings Exceptional interpersonal skills including; positive perspective, proactive, self -motivated, pride with work, accountability, and responsibility Ability to problem solve in fast paced environment Fundamental computer operation skills Education and/or
Experience:
High school (GED) and five (5) years of relevant work experience CNC machining and programming background Forklift experience- preferred certification Compensation:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
