Customer Service
As a Junior Account Manager you will serve as a direct link between our clients and their target customers. Your primary responsibilities are to secure new business and provide ongoing support to existing customers. This position is designed to teach you transferable skills that will aid in your professional career, as we hope to find someone we can cross-train into a leadership role within our organization.
Duties:
o Operate as a liaison between our corporate clients and a select market
o Meeting new and existing customers about service promotions
o Meeting sales and marketing objectives
o Completing customer contracts and filing the completed orders
o Maintain strong knowledge of all products, pricing and client offers
o Provide critical market feedback to the Market Director
