Administrative Officer

Assures the smooth functioning of the administrative services departments in accordance with the established policies and procedures. Develops, coordinates and integrates program plans in accordance with policies and directives pertinent to the administration and management. Reviews and analyzes funding and make recommendations in necessary control measures to remain within the availability of funds. Supervises the administrative support assistant, facilities services supervisor, food service supervisor, security officer, billing coordinator, medical records specialist, and receptionist. Conducts meetings and conferences with subordinate supervisors and employees to explain work requirements, methods and procedures as needed, giving special instructions on difficult or different operations, and answering technical questions about work assignments. Makes decisions on technical work problems not covered by precedents, standing procedures or established policy. Reviews and analyzes records, reports, and other evidence of work production costs. To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience and/or education, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are applying. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks:
Managing, supervising, and conducting administrative functions in a healthcare setting involving various programs; analysis and evaluation on projects or mission objectives; working with and providing program and technical support to leadership and staff members in gathering data and producing reports; this includes coordination of budget, personnel, facility, procurement and property management functions related to operating procedures and delegations of authority. You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement. Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements:
Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
